Description of Project: Project goals: (1) improving livelihoods of IDPs in relocated and home place by providing them employment and social services; and (2) enhancing opportunities for employment and entrepreneurship for local population in Donetsk and Luhansk regions. The project activities included the following: (1) announcement of the Small Grants Programme; (2) organization of the applications evaluation process; (3) providing technical and programme administration of the Small Grants Programme.

- 676 persons were employed (325 male, 351 female)
