Description of Project:  the project is aimed at implementing analytical research on Decentralization and Public Administration reforms process in EaP, assessing the progress achieved in accordance with jointly agreed methodology and will include: (1) examining the recent development on a) Public Administration and b) local government/decentralization and territorial reform in each EaP, including interview with local/international experts; (2) analysing the place and role dedicated to Public administration reform and Local authorities in the EaP priorities and ENPI review; (3) indicating the main actors and stakeholders supporting public administration reform and decentralisation in EaP (donors and programmes); (4) elaborating recommendations to National and EU policy-makers based on the country needs
