Trainer School will be carried out at two levels:

At level I, the program focuses on those who would like to develop trainer competencies and master the profession of trainer as a whole.

At level II, the program is designed to improve the professional level of trainers on important organizational aspects of training, including needs assessment, organizing, monitoring and evaluation of the training, as well as writing reports on training.
